Iran, Pakistan to discuss parliamentary co-op

TEHRAN – A lawmaker said on Tuesday that during the upcoming visit by Pakistani Parliament Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq to Tehran, the two sides will discuss the agreement for parliamentary cooperation.
Ahmad Amirabadi Farahani told IRNA that the parliaments of the two neighboring countries have established friendly ties in recent years and through such visits, bilateral ties will further expand.
He also said two parliamentary groups will soon visit Pakistan to expand parliamentary relations and find areas in which the two countries have mutual interests.
